Human Capital Manager

The main responsibility of our Human Capital BP/Manager is to work closely with the Director of Human Capital and VIDA’s leadership team to help develop and implement a Human Capital agenda that enable us to achieve our mission and goals.

How do you know if you are a good fit?

  • You have at least 5 years of experience of Human Capital Management, preferably from a fast growing/technology companies.

  • Have a good track record of achieving meaningful outcome in building human capital, and demonstrate the ability to influence, negotiate with and persuade others.

  • Have exceptional written and verbal communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, being an independent self-starter that can use good judgment and resourcefulness to advance ourHuman Capital strategy align with our business goals.

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a relevant discipline.

  • Have a growth mindset – willing to try something new and different to get things done.

  • Demonstrate the ability to follow through on tasks, thrive on autonomy when working towards a goal.

  • Strong knowledge of local labor law and regulations.

Outcome and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.

  • Participate in development of HR systems, including metrics and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.

  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and performance management programs - be the primary backup for payroll processing, including regular updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick leave, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, and benefit changes.

  • Help ensure legal compliance of HR state regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required (contract management).

  • Assist in handling recruitment of talent (both direct or with third-party recruitment partner) from sourcing to offering in accordance to Man Power Planning and applicable policy.

  • Handle all tasks for onboarding to deliver an exceptional first-day experience, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR database and auditing for accuracy and compliance.

  • Help provide HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.

  • Help maintain internal equity, motivating employee and be the culture champion in making VIDA a great place to work.
